Co Owner/Program Director/QBHA & Peer Coach
My name is Leila and I grew up on the streets of Denver, where exposure to drugs and alcohol became a part of my life at a very young age. For many years, loss, instability, and deception shaped my reality. Survival was my only focus, even when it required me to hide or abandon my own truth.
My turning point came through pain and experience that forced me to confront the life I was living and the person I was becoming. Through recovery, I discovered that strength is rooted in vulnerability, and that honesty is the foundation of real freedom. This process allowed me to reclaim my identity and begin building a life grounded in integrity and purpose.
Today, I am committed to living in alignment with my truth. I use my experiences to inspire others who feel trapped in the same darkness I once knew. My journey is proof that recovery is possible, and that a life built on accountability, community support, and self-honesty can emerge from even the most difficult beginnings. I share my story to offer hope, connection, and the reminder that transformation is always within reach.
