GOAL: ESTABLISH SAFETY & STABILITY
The first 30 days focus on helping participants step out of survival mode and into a safe, structured, and supportive environment. This phase lays the foundation for long‑term recovery.
What This Phase Includes:
* Safe, stable transitional housing
* Daily structure, routines, and accountability
* Crisis stabilization and emotional grounding
* Introduction to recovery culture and peer support
* Transportation to court appointments and essential needs
* Court alignment and in‑person support
* Assistance with UA requirements for court compliance
HIGHER-LEVEL CARE FOR MENTAL HEALTH SUPPORT
* We provide referrals to a higher level of care when needed before a participant continues in our program.
GOAL: BUILDING LIFE SKILLS
This phase focuses on developing the internal tools and external skills needed for long‑term recovery.
What This Phase Includes:
* Recovery meetings and therapeutic groups
* Education and prevention curriculum
* Stress‑management training
* Life‑skills development
* Psycho‑social rehabilitation
* Relapse‑prevention strategies
* MAT services support (coordination, transportation, accountability)
CERTIFICATION SUPPORT
* Peer Recovery Coach Certification support
QBHA Certification support
* Study guidance, scheduling assistance, and accountability check‑ins
GOAL: PREPARE FOR INDEPENDENCE
This phase prepares participants for life beyond Fourth Dimension Recovery by strengthening accountability, building external support systems, and planning for long‑term stability.
What This Phase Includes:
* Building outside support systems (sponsors, mentors, community resources)
* Employment or education planning
* Housing transition planning
* Communication & conflict resolution
* Healthy relationships & boundaries
* Community engagement
* Basic household responsibilities
* Time management
* Communication expectations
* Understanding program structure
GOAL: RE-ENTRY INTO THE COMMUNITY
The final phase supports participants as they step back into the community with increased independence while maintaining structure, accountability, and connection.
What This Phase Includes:
* Gradual increase in privileges based on progress
* Ongoing peer‑recovery support
* Continued structure through meetings and check‑ins
* Long‑term recovery planning
* Community reintegration support
Reduced relapse rates - Participants show a marked decrease in relapse epidoes due to consistent support, evidence-based interventions, and timely referrals to higher levels of care when clinically indicated.
Increased employment - Participants gain or regain employment at higher rates, supported by job-readiness coaching, skill-building, and improved daily functioning. Employment contributes to financial stability and long-term independence.
Community reintegration - Participants successfully reconnect with family, social networks, and community resources. They demonstrated improved social functioning, increased engagement in pro-social activities, and reduced involvement with the justice system.
Fourth Dimension Recovery maintains structured, transparent, and accountability-driven partnership with Colorado Drug Courts to support participant success and judicial compliance. Our collaboration includes:
