Human‑first engagement — We meet every person exactly where they are, without judgment assumptions, or conditions. Whether someone is calling from jail, newly released, or overwhelmed by court requirements, we respond with respect, clarity, and compassion.

Immediate accessibility — We answer all jail calls, complete phone screenings, and provide real‑time support because recovery and compliance cannot wait. When someone reaches out, we show up.

Partnership with the justice system — We work closely with courts, public defenders, probation, and pretrial services in every county in Colorado. Our role is to support the system by supporting the individual — ensuring communication, compliance, and continuity of care

Court‑involved advocacy — We attend court appearances, provide updates, and advocate for safe, structured alternatives to incarceration. We believe accountability and recovery can coexist with dignity.

Safe transitions from custody — We provide jail pick‑ups because the moment of release is one of the most vulnerable points in a person’s recovery journey. No one should walk out alone without a plan, support, or transportation.
