Krystin Loera

Outreach Director/CPFS/QBHA & Peer Coach

My name is Kyrstin and I entered the field of addiction recovery because I believe no one should face their hardest moments alone. Every person deserves a chance to reclaim their life. I bring creativity, compassion, and lived experience into every aspect of my work. As a person in sustained recovery, I use my journey to inspire others to believe in their own ability to heal. My approach is rooted in authenticity and meeting people exactly where they are, with patience, respect, and a genuine commitment to their growth.

I deeply value the power of community and strive to create spaces where participants feel safe, supported, and celebrated. I understand the challenges of navigating complex systems, and I work to make documentation and compliance feel approachable, accessible, and empowering rather than overwhelming.

To me, recovery is not defined solely by abstinence. It is about building a meaningful life filled with purpose, connection, and self-determination. My dedication shows in the way I mentor others, helping them find their voice, build confidence, and recognize their own strengths. My goal is to ensure that every person I work with feels seen, heard, and capable of creating a future they are proud of.
